What is Supercard?
Supercard is a membership programme, full of fantastic benefits and rewards.
Supercard is free for a limited time only to My Arsenal Rewards members. With Supercard, you can save with discounts on supermarkets, High Street and online retailers, clothing, electrical goods, hotels, fitness, days out and travel for you and your family to enjoy. Plus, a free fashion makeover and photo shoot.

This is only free for a limited time so enjoy it while you can! All memberships will finish on 31st May 2025 at 23:59 BST for all members.
How do I redeem a discount or reward?
You must be logged in to an activated Supercard account, where you can browse and select rewards and discounts available. When selecting a reward or discount you will be presented with further information about the reward or discount, including how it works and the specific terms and conditions that apply, as well as a redemption button and instructions, where necessary. On occasions where our rewards and discounts are fulfilled via trusted partners, you may be directed to a third-party site to complete your redemption.

How did I sign up for Supercard?
Supercard is available to My Arsenal Rewards members for Free via the My Arsenal Reward Hub. It is free for a limited time only, with free memberships finishing on 31st May 2025 at 23:59 BST.

I did not receive my activation email

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Simply go to www.myarsenalsupercard.co.uk/account/login, click “Forgot Your Password” and follow the steps to create your new password.
How do I amend my details?
