Supercard Terms & Conditions

Introduction: The following Terms and Conditions constitute the Membership Agreement between the registered My Arsenal Rewards member (“You”) and The Loyal Marketing Group trading as Supercard (“We or Us”). You are urged to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. You should communicate any questions you may have immediately by contacting the Supercard customer service team on 0330 174 2741, or by writing to P.O. Box 7450, London, W1U 6TJ.

  1. Membership Benefits: Supercard entitles its members to discounts and/or rewards, freebies and benefits on products and services offered by participating third-party providers (“Benefits”).
  2. Qualification Criteria: This Supercard promotion is only available to My Arsenal Reward members via the My Arsenal Rewards Hub.
  3. Access During the Promotional Period: This is a limited time only free offer for a promotional period which ends for all members on 31st May 2025 at 23:59 BST. On or after this date, regardless of your registration date or the number of times you have logged into the account, You will no longer be able to log into your account or redeem the benefits, discounts and rewards available.
    Redemptions claimed and fulfilled before the 31st May 2025 at 23:59 BST will be unaffected. Redemptions claimed and received via email can be fulfilled after the 31st May 2025 at 23:59 BST. You will not be able to log in or claim any new redemptions after 31st May 2025 at 23:59 BST.
  4. Registering for the Promotion: To obtain a free Supercard membership, you will need to have redeemed the reward in the My Arsenal Rewards hub and use the unique code and link provided via email to register for Supercard. When the link is followed and unique code is entered, you will need the register your details and submit to have access to Supercard for the remainder of the promotional period. Only one Supercard account is permitted per My Arsenal Rewards member.
  5. Redeeming Discounts and Rewards: There are different levels of membership for Supercard. You must be logged in to an activated Supercard account, so you can browse and select rewards and discounts available. When selecting a reward or discount, you will be presented with further information about the reward or discount, including how it works and any specific terms and conditions that apply to redeeming the reward. On occasions where our rewards and discounts are fulfilled by one of our trusted partners, you may be directed to a third-party website to complete your redemption. For all rewards where you are directed to a new website, alternative terms and conditions and privacy policy apply. Third-party website terms and conditions may change from time to time, without notice. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with all applicable terms and conditions before redemption of all and any discount or reward.
    As a Supercard member, You are entitled to redeem all benefits, rewards and discounts available on Supercard for the duration of your membership. Some restrictions may apply as to the number of times or how a unique reward or discount can be redeemed by You. Restrictions will be stated within the reward or discount description and/or terms and conditions. Benefits, rewards and discounts are strictly for personal use only and are not to be resold or used in any commercial capacity. All redemptions are subject to availability and our decision is final.
    We reserve the right to withdraw any reward or discount, and/or invalidate its redemption if we believe there is a breach of this clause.
  6. Disclaimer of Liability: You agree that We are not responsible or liable for any of the third-party Benefit providers. If You have any claims relating to any of these Benefits, You will only claim directly against the third-party providers of the Benefit. Any such claim will be subject to and governed by the third-party provider’s terms and conditions which You should have read carefully. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS OR RELATED INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU. SUPERCARD’S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED YOUR CURRENT MEMBERSHIP FEE AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SUPERCARD BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES. We and participating third-party providers reserve the right to remove, add, change, or substitute Benefits, without notice to You. We assume no responsibility for the payment of, or contribution to, any sales tax that taxing authorities may impose. Such taxes shall remain your sole responsibility or that of the third-party provider of the Benefits, as the case may be. Postal charges may be applied to cover costs of shipping of any membership letters, packs or other collateral, but we make or give no warranties or representations, express or implied that You will receive these. It is your responsibility to contact us before your trial is due to end if You have not received it. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
  7. Entire Agreement: This agreement contains all the terms of a Supercard membership. Any other warranties, representations, terms, conditions, inducements, promises, or agreements concerning You and your Supercard membership, unless expressly included in this agreement, shall not form part of the agreement, or have any force or effect. If any of the terms of this agreement shall become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected
  8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and both You and We accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  9. Use of Your Personal Information and Data Protection: Your personal details will be held and used by us for membership administration. The information processed will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any unauthorised parties. This excludes any companies and individuals involved with the processing of this membership and/or any exclusive offers You have clicked the redeem button for, further details on this can be found within our Privacy Policy.
  10. Opt-in: If you have opted in, in the interest of keeping You informed and up to date about our products and services, we may occasionally send information to You regarding specific products and promotions that are related to your membership. If You would prefer not to receive information of this kind, please write to Us, or call our customer service team on 0330 174 2741 Any marketing emails will include a unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email.
  11. Cancellation of Supercard Membership or Membership Renewal: You have the right to cancel Supercard membership at any time. To cancel your membership please call our customer service team on 0330 174 2741. These rights are in addition to your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
    If you email or write to us, we may need to contact you by telephone so we can verify and process the cancellation request. This may delay your cancellation request. Cancellation will only take place once verification has occurred.
    If You terminate your account with immediate effect, You are no longer an active member and will lose access to all benefits, rewards and discounts.
  12. Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right to remove, add, change, and substitute Benefits and third-party Benefit providers without prior notice. We further reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this agreement and any Supercard membership policies at any time without prior notice.
